Dear Mr. Adams,
Thank you very much for your
help in the shape of the formal expression of the Inter-University's concern at the delay in reaching a decision about Hong Kong University. It is most disappointing The position is that the Foreign office have given their full support and the ball is now with the Treasury. We have just sent them a reminder. I am having your official letter registered and will arrange for a reply to it to be sent separately.
